A few things for you to consider: losing 1/2 lb a week is a great way to get it off and keep it off! You're learning new eating habits . . . (You didn't gain all that weight in 6 weeks; why should you lose it in 6? Don't sneak back into old ways without realizing that you can never go back to your old eating/living habits…
