Tuna/Tilapia cakes. Just bake the fish plain, let it cool, then mash it up into a ball and flatten it. serve/freeze/store as if it were a hamburger patty.

8am is pretty early. I'm loud at various parts of the day, but I try to keep it between the hours of 10am and 8pm, so I know no one is trying to sleep.

I've searched for it myself. But there are a lot of foods MFP doesn't have besides human flesh. I can't find any bugs either. Or dogs, or cat.

Peanut butter. Or any nut butter. 1 spoonful is like 100 calories. Spread 4-5 spoonfuls throughout the day and that's an extra 500+ calories. And whole milk.

I wonder how much she can squat. Hauling around 800lbs a day must make her back and legs strong.
