Doing ketogenic and working out with weights mostly no cardio . Still need to log on MFPal to make progress . Keep going guys !

Had a bit if a setback and gained a couple pounds and have switched to a lower carb regiment with weights and bike riding let's see how much ground I can gain before mid july

Made a goal in my ride bicycle an app to ride one hour per week although I expect to exceed that.

Cool ! I weighed in today and lost two pounds ! I'm at my highest weight right now and feeling blah but I'm getting motivated . The challenge will end on July 19 th

Also if he is not heavy he doesn't understand you just did the distance you did carrying the weight of a whole nother person on your back so really you did your distance for two. Good job I know because I'm 339.6 everything is harder.:wink:
