I know my response is coming in quite late, but this is a wonderful success, well done! I can't wait until I get to that point!

I'm here!! Trying to get back into the swing of jogging on a somewhat regular schedule -- I missed it!

Hello! It looks like we're in the same boat! I recently started Couch to 5K (Week 3 Day 1 today), and yesterday, for whatever reason, decided to sign up for a 5K. I've NEVER been a runner and whenever I've pushed myself I've always failed. This time I'm going slow and loving it. Still kind of nervous about how I'll manage…

Hi! Cafe TuTu Tango on International Drive is a great tapas restaurant that has really unique, wonderful food. I'm not from Orlando, but tried this place last time I was there and I'll be heading back for sure -- so good, and an interesting atmosphere!

I had mine taken out in April, and it was the best thing I've ever done for my health. My attacks were so painful before that I really couldn't exercise at all. The incisions were small and basically painless through recovery. After surgery I was back on track after my doctor gave me the go-ahead to continue working out.…

This sounds great, count me in!

I also use the FT4, and it's well worth the money sine you always know how many calories an activity is really burning. highly recommended!

Feel free to add me if you'd like. I'm 25, also looking to lose between 20-25 pounds :)

Try a program called Couch to 5K, it is a way to ease your body into running, even for those, like me, who have zero experience. It's been great getting my endurance up, too. There are plans online that I found just by googling it. Hope it gets better for you!

Good luck on your journey! It's not easy, but having the right motivation is a great push in the right direction! I had been using MFP without the support of any online friends for a few months, and then recently added some pals, and boy, has it made all the difference! Feel free to friend me if you would like :)

Hmm, I weigh 149, also 5'6". My BMI says I'm healthy at 24, though I would like to shed about 20 pounds to feel healthier than I do now (I felt much fitter at 125, especially considering that some of my favorite activities are outdoor sports/hiking related). If I could be at 139 today I'd be glad. I guess it's all about…

I have the Polar FT4 and absolutely LOVE it! The FT4 has a target heart rate zone and beeps at you if you're outside of it. It also counts calories burned and I believe keeps a record of your most recent burns (Though I haven't really looked for it on mine yet). Once you get an HRM you won't be able to understand how you…

Feel free to add me! I'm 25, 5'6", currently weighing 149 and looking to lose between 20 and 30 pounds. I'm also new to this community, but it's been really, really helpful so far!

I don't think there is such a thing as a small NSV!

Wow, that's wonderful! I just started Couch to 5K last week, and your words are inspiring me to keep going!

Feel free to add me, I know you can do it!
