If you haven't checked this link. Please take some time to do so and read. Body doesn't work in %s. What I usually suggest is having a minimum fat (0.45g/lb) and minimum protein intake (1g/lb), and fill the rest of the daily calories in carbs or protein.

Oh please... Eat Stop Eat Book There is nothing wrong with fasting. Fasting is not "starving". I am usually not hungry until 6-7pm the next day and when I eat, I eat 3,000kcal worth of food in one sitting. U MAD BROs?
