If your dieting your going to feel "hungry" .... Nobody has brought this up but you drink A LOT of coffee and tea. All of that can flush important nutrients out of the body. Personally I would taper your drinking in half and make sure you are taking a good multi-vitamin.

Stop over thinking everything so much... Here's the methodology I use that has been very effective for me: Eat a serving of fruit and green veggies, hit your fiber count, then fill in foods YOU LIKE to hit your macros surgically. And I'll be truthful I don't always eat my green veggies, but do take a great multi.

Oh and lets not forget all the fiber potatoes have too ;) Last week I made cheesy potatoes with over 20 grams fiber. It was a masterpiece.

The only time I'd tell somebody to not eat before bed is if it interfered with them getting to sleep. Other than that It really does not matter. I've had pretty busy days where I've had to down around 1k cals fairly close to going to bed.

I had to take 8 days off when I got my last tattoo. You definitely don't want to sweat or anything. Make sure you clean it a bunch with anti bacterial soap the first couple of days. There are so many factors at play during weight loss. When I decide to cut again there will not be any "eating back exercise cals", but exercise will be taken into consideration when devising my cutting plan. Will be dieting on the highest amount of food and the least amount of cardio ;) I'm not opposed to people on here…

Possible sodium level difference (may be holding less water). Or holding more water and feeling tighter. More carbohydrates could also make you feel tighter if your depleted before taking the "break".

Every 4 oz raw chicken should yield around 3 oz cooked. 16/4 = 4 * 3 = 12 oz cooked.

First your not doing any justice by running 3x a week if your bulking. Would be wise to start tapering the cardio down, whilst slowly increasing food. I'm in the gym 3 times a week for an hour and a half to two hours. Cardio is now optional for me also, but I still get a 20-30 min session once a week.

The problem that most people encounter is that they will overestimate their calories burned when doing cardio. So if that's the case and they eat back exercise calories you can see how that would be detrimental to their weight loss.

I was just making the point that something as "strong" as that doesn't really even provide an adequate benefit in my opinion. Yes it cannot be sold as a dietary supplement because it was banned in 2004.

Diet pills are pretty much useless. Even ephedrine (which has been banned) dosed properly etc will only give around a 5-7% boost in metabolic rate from what I hear. Your better off having 50 less cals a day or spending 5 more minutes doing cardio. Hard work and proper nutrition will take you much farther, I promise. Not to…

LOL! I'm also a redhead. My hair is actually a mirage of colors including brown, gold, red, blonde. When I was a kid I hated it, but now I love it because its such a unique color. I enjoy being different.

Yeah unless eating right before bed is hindering your sleep etc there is no reason to limit your food intake before bed. Especially if you have certain macros to hit. I routinely have a big meal eating the rest of my macros between 9 and 10pm.

Yep this is pretty much what I was going to say. And realistically those things are so overpriced its not even funny. Supplement companies make more on energy/weight loss pills than anything else. Your better off staying on the elliptical or treadmill machine for 5 more minutes.

You can eat anything you like and still lose weight, but it must fit your macro's.
