So you could say that in relation to the mean the standard deviation is very high and thus cannot be normalized. Its positively skewed because the actual deviation should be much lower.

Well I only took one statistic class so I'm no expert, but that's a very huge standard deviation..... That's why its not normally distributed. Think if you added two or subtracted two standard deviations from your mean. Probably positively skewed and I don't have any reasoning for that..... Not sure if I'm helping at this…

I think that as long as you are improving you lifts then you are doing great, regardless of what weight you do. There are many different things to consider when somebody goes for a max lift. I will say though if your dieting whole foods with slower digesting carbohydrates will probably make you feel more satisfied.

Just like anything it can vary because of the different ways people prepare it. As a rule of thumb I don't put anything into my mouth without knowing the macros or at least having a very good idea. Not eat bread o.0 Nothing wrong with bread. Currently I use "Natures Own Double Fiber Bread" has very nice Macros and carb to fiber ratio!

I limit myself to no more than 2 yolk a day, but mainly because of the cholesterol. As far as egg whites go I'll have as many as needed whilst hitting macros surgically.

I think people do pretty well at being able to tell if somebody is doing it because they are really pushing it, or because they are seeking attention.
