I love my HRM because it accurately tells me the zone I am training in as well as gives me an accurate calorie burn. There are times that I run that I am COMPLETELY out of my zone (too high) which means I am burning muscle rather than fat. It does count as water, but look at the ingredients--- if it has aspartame in it I would argue that you are drinking a sweetened substance that should not count as your water intake... but I am no expert. I forgot to say... I am a 34 HH--- in the tata tamer (or ta ta tamer II) I have ordered the 36DD and it works for what I need. Same with the Champion--- I go up a size (to a 36) and get the biggest cup size they have.

I suggest slowing your pace a bit and increasing your distance a little at a time. That really worked for me. Once you have your distance where you want it, you can begin working on increasing your pace. Good luck!
