At my heaviest, Never had good sleep habits worked 3rd shift. Skipped breakfast, ate donuts and mountain due for snacks at work. Woke up in afternoon had processed boxed foods most of the time. Loved those hot dogs and mac in cheese. I am over that now. Do crave mac n cheese occasionally but not out of the box

People are so negative, we are here for support. I don't do any blogs. I guess it is because of rejection. For myself, I go to curves. It took me a month to get the courage just to try out zumba. Hi!! I use the chocolate/peanutbutter flavor. I mix it with skim milk or water add a cup of spinach and flaxseed for my morning meal at times.. A good to go drink when on the run. I also like drinking the protein drink after I go to curves and zumba. It fills me up so I don't come home wanting to eat alot.

sounds good, I've tried pumpkin in other things. its worth a try for my weight loss. Having trouble eating my calories given, I' m so used to not eating that it is hard to make myself eat 3 times or 6 times a day. any suggestions?

just the other day there was a young guy in line across from me. He had a large fresh salmon, fresh greens of sorts and lots of herbs, also yams. I wanted to go ask him what time dinner was. It sure looked good. I have a feeling he knew what he was doing. Yumm

Hi , Thanks for the advice. I have noticed with just eating 3 meals, I am hungry at night or just think I am. Maybe once I get myself going in the right direction I will just keep motivated. I know you need exercise and portion control. So here I go a a great journey. Thanks for your input. Linda
