You can safely microwave eggs (poached, sunny side up, whites only, over easy, scrambled the possibilities are endless). Honestly just get a toaster and simply unplug it and put it away every time you use it. I got away with a coffee machine, toaster, and a microwave. You can get away with a grill and a toaster. :)
