if you want a simple way to do it, just stick a beef roast in the slow cooker with some aerobatics like celery, onion and/or garlic. if you are hesitant about cooking larger cuts of meat a slow cooker is your best friend.

a while back my university did a study of the amount of people that go there by month. most of the year is very consistent but it skyrockets in december-janurary then falls back off. i always found that to be funny.

at 40 lbs lost there is hardly enough loose skin to worry about, just let it be for a while and see how it goes.
