I was also doing the 30DS at 6 am. I injured my right wrist last week so I really had to modify the pushups and not use a weight in my right hand for some of the exercises when it bothered my wrist. I'm down to 184.8. I jogged 3 miles on Sunday and then went out again yesterday morning to jog another 3.4 miles in preparation for 6.5 miles in March. I felt really good especially considering I am not a runner.
