I think disguise is your best option, I grate veg into a spag bol, love to cook it long and slow, makes fab sauce with minimal meat content, low low low on cals. Cracked a rib running drunk on ice needless to say i went base over apex.....and a few weeks ago broke a toe, well assume it was broken cos the pain was extreme and it still hurts now. Aside from that I am a tough old bird

well I had 1 slice of german rye bread, lightly spread with hummus, piled with salad and then wafer thin ham on top, eaten as open sandwich it was very satisfying and feeling. x
