Did Zumba for the first time last week it was fun fab and sweaty, really felt it was a good work out..I will be there again wednesday......Think we need a definate calorie burn on this in the data base x

I have had so much less control since the weather has been cooler, that and some social events, means I have not lost anything in two weeks. But, on the plus side not gained either. I have become a fan of 1 egg yolk three egg whites, with bacon medalions and mushrooms scrambled, quick easy and with a slice of nimble wholemeal toasted it fills me up till lunchtime under 300 cals.

For me its all about planning.....I find calculating my calories in meals on this site a fantastic help. I love it when I realise I have cals left for an alpen light bar. It feels naughty but nice. Remember the 7 P's "Prior Planning an Preparation Prevents Piss Poor Performance" Its working for me. Good luck .
