How's everyone doing??? I have bronchitis so have had to skip 2 days, but am still doing a bit of weight lifting, just no cardio!! 1st week results to be sent for Friday please! :) Hope it's going well!

Finished L2D1 yesterday, all I can say is ouch!!! I was drenched in sweat about 5 minutes in haha. Starting D2 today! Not sure what this week's stats will be like as the last two nights I went out for dinner and it's Canadian thanksgiving on Sunday and I'm trying to cook the whole meal in the UK, it has been hard tracking…

Ok! New Stats Today Weight: 133.6lbs, down 3.6lbs yay! Chest: 34.5", down 0.75" Waist: 29" down 0.5" Hips: 39.5" no change Am quite pleased with this and am starting level 2 later today! Goodluck everyone!

Finished L1 D9 today! Will weigh in and do stats on Wednesday morning when I start Level 2! Eeek, the side lunges aren't getting any easier! I feel a bit bitter, but am not sure if I've actually lost any weight or inches, we'll see on Wednesday I guess! Good luck everyone!

I'm just finishing week 3 of ripped in 30 and have seen major results in lost inches, even with a bit of slacking in between. I like how there are 4 different workouts but agree that JM talks way too much! haha I'd like to try 30 day shred, shred it with weights, or no more trouble zones next. But I'd definitely recommend…
