I did the test for the first time. although i been doing the workout i missed out on the first test. insanity is kicking my butt. but I amstaying motivated.

Eating befor I workout usually gives me energy during my workout. something light with carbs and protein usually 15 or 30 mins before i work out.

Yes definitely !!! Its one of the only things that makes me happy when im stressed. I am trying to get a hold of it to control it. I will find the discipline I need to slow down :)
