That's so odd! I've always heard that you should BD every other day around the time of ovulation, to give your husband's sperm a change to re-generate. I've heard that havign sex multiple times per day or even every single day can actually diminish the number of swimmers in his semen!

I agree, discipline! Willpower really is a muscle and you have to use it on a regular basis to keep it strong. I also like drinking a lot of water. If I just can't stand it and really need to eat something, I have a piece of fruit or some cucumber slices.

I love a slice of whole wheat toast with a little bit of peanut butter on it, with yogurt on the side. I don't like big breakfasts, so that's just about perfect for me. :)

I don't imagine I'll ever look like her (we don't have the same shape or proportions!) but I think Christina Hendricks (Joan from Mad Men) is absolutely stunning. She carries her curves with pride and grace. Inspirational!

Wow! That's crazy! MFP takes your weight and typical activity into account--maybe that has something to do with it? Does the other app you used do the same?

I agree with what pretty much everyone has said here. Be calm, be patient, try to stay positive. I know it's so hard when it seems like NOTHING is going the way it's supposed to. But you'll come out of this tougher than ever, and your daughter will grow up being amazed and how strong her mom is. <3

I think unless you're on top, he's burning most of the calories. I wonder if switching positions a lot helps balance that out... that's what we tend to do. :P

I will have to play around with my "skinny" options at Starbucks--I know they have a few, but I don't know the details. I've been getting the same drink for years (Iced quad venti no whip white mocha!) and just found out (thanks to this website) that those suckers are over 600 calories each! OUCH!

That's a lot of protein for breakfast! I wonder if I should be doing a protein bar of some sort in the mornings. I am SO not a breakfast-eater!
