Hello, Im not new but I can offer my support. :smile: I have been here since July 2011. My starting weight was 254 as of yesterday I am at 204. I am 5'8" and my goal weight is 145 but I will take it day by day as I get closer to see where I am comfortable. Feel free to add me for support.

When your a few minutes late coming back from your break at work because you walked a little farther than you should have. Now you can log 13 min of brisk walking instead of 10.... Woohoo!! Hahaha!!! Yep I'm a MFP addict and im not ashamed :smile: Almost everything said applies to me.

I am at 1250 calories a day and I eat a bowl of oatmeal ( about 140 calories ) every morning on the weekdays. On the weekends if I dont have oatmeal my breakfast's are usually about 300-400 calories. I have found that for me the more I eat in the morning the faster I get hungry again for some reason. Before starting on MFP…
