Any advise???
Im so disapointed, I cant exercise..... everytime I try to do 30DS or jog my shins start hurting.... someone told me it might be shin splints. I guess I will just have to walk until they stop hurting. Any ideas for other exercise's I can do that are low impact for my shins?
