  • A) I can't believe she asked you that. B) Obviously she was jealous/envious of you. She was probably hope you where going to reply "I am only this size because I just awoke from 5yrs in a coma"
  • I've only been separated from my hopefully soon to be ex-husband in March (he told me the day before my 39th b-day) & we'd been together almost 15yrs. It's weird being single. I have people rushing me to date but it literally makes me nervous to think about it. lol. Plus all I seem to be attracting is guys in their 20's.…
  • Food scale is a solid investment. I am terrible & guesstimating amounts. Even using measuring cups I would be way off. I weigh everything if I can.
  • If you like carrots you may like sweet potatoes, butternut or acorn squash. I do not eat meat (except seafood) processed food or diet food so I eat quinoa, couscous & brown rice. Most of which can be made ahead of time in large amounts & mixed w/ things you like.
  • I have found almond milk needs to be VERY cold. Almond breeze is the best.

  • I am having the same problem. I can seem to force myself to eat more than I am eating now.
  • Why are you buying steak that is normally a light brown shade?
  • I get a lot of fruit and vegetables. I purchase mine from, more than one major food chain, farmer's markets and road side stands. I have never come across and bugs in my produce.
  • Leave your scale @ home but not your diet :)
  • I eat a lot of hummus too. Sometimes I make it sometimes I by it prepared.
  • They key for me is there is nothing I do not eat. The big thing is portion control. If you want pizza have it but just one piece. Eat a salad first and drink plenty of water. After 15 minutes if you are still hungry. Eat another small piece. You can't eat the way you did when you put the weight on or it will never come off…
  • I was never much of a soda drinker so I just decided it wasn't beneficial to me so I cut it out of my diet completely. I stick to water and unsweetened tea w/ no artificial sweeteners.
  • I am not a vegan but a pescetarian. I have found that if I cook on the weekends when I have more time (I work & go to school) it makes it a lot easier. I will roast a ton of veggies and use them in wraps, pasta, qunioa, couscous etc. Plus I keep ready marinara sauce on hand for pasta too. If I am ready pressed for time…
