LEVEL 2 DAY 4 DONE! YES!!! It was so much more manageable with the 2 days off. I feel awesome now. Almost halfway there! Can't wait to see everyones final results.. everything is BURNING!

Sorry guys i've been really sucking this past week. Just started working again and have been super busy with that and trying to develop a routine. I'm doing it tonight though and will post back when done! Now I have to do it because I told you guys I would :) you are all doing so great and I probably would've quit by now…

LEVEL 2 DAY 3 done!!! I can't wait til I can get through it without stopping! Took two days off because I was really busy and too lazy :0 But got right back on today :) I hope you all are doing well still!!!

This is why i'm glad i'm vegan in a non-vegan family, i'm bringing all my own food portioned out and calories counted! Too easy!

OK so I lied and didn't start LEVEL 2 yesterday, I started it today! I had no time yesterday. Don't be afraid guys it's not that bad!!! We are so strong! AND i'm 3 lbs down!!! After a 19 day stall... so excited. I'm glad others are down for Ripped in 30.. this group is awesome.

I've had weight fluctuations too... it's an emotional rollercoaster lol. I went up 1lb then down 2lbs now i'm up 1lb again... so technically same weight but a downward trend for sure!!! Ok starting LEVEL 2 DAY 1 now! Wish me luck!

LOL! Same here, i'm trying to focus on measurements and the way my clothes fit... but I also obsessively weigh every. single. day. I am a mad woman. Already losing some inches at least so that's pretty awesome and keeping me motivated!

When that started happening to me I purposely saved myself around 200-300 cals for my middle of the night snack. I pick something low cal (cheerios) and eat a gigantic bowl. Finished day 9 last night! My baby girl started crying half way through so I had to stop and feed her and start over again lol. Day 8 done! Today I started with 20 minutes on the stationary bike to get warmed up, it really helped me through 30ds! I feel like I was already amped up and ready to go, it helped a lot!!! Everyone's doing so great, i'm glad you are all sticking with it because then I have no excuse not to!

Day 7 done! Getting easier but i'm still dripping sweat by the end! I agree about the jump ropes, the first circuit is super tough but they seem a lot easier at the very end and I can jump much higher! Very strange!
