One that a lot of people don't know... The best paper airplane (dart type) are made by cutting the paper lengthwise. This is because there's no extra weight from folding the plane to make it. It DOES require more arm power to launch.

More lifting, less cardio, focusing on nutrition... Or, if you'd like to have a lot of fun, look into circuit and tabata training. Have to mix up your routine with things that require your body to use a lot of power. It's always great to have a good MIX of cardio and strength.

I shuffled mine into sandwich bags and stored them in the fridge. I use them to make hair gel, so I don't know if the storage life makes a difference for eating or hair use...

I recommend runkeeper. It's an app, and a site, and it's recorded my distance, speed, and total time, not to mention the average speed and time of my miles.

O_o Yes you should up your calories. It sounds like your activity level is fairly moderate (don't know how often you workout), but a good goal to shoot for if looking for weight loss is one pound a week. If you are eating 1200 and then burning 500+...you need to eat more. It's not so much about wether it's healthy or not…

On a simple day, yes. But when you've been working out and your calorie goal seems to have shot through the roof, then no. 700 can be a reasonable amount for a meal. That's a WHOLE lot of nutritional goodness (or non nutritional...) that one could fit in there. :D

Yes, it's that bad, and compared to a whole landslide of other alternatives, it has little nutritional value. I still eat it every now and then as well, but it's better to limit the intake. Again, moderation. Good things > Less good things.

More than likely not eating enough. Try adding 200 calories daily. It's pretty easy to slip in a healthy balanced snack for 200 calories. I didn't start relosing until I upped my calories to match my activity level. The harder your body is working, the more calories it needs. You'll still be at a deficit.
