...I'm lost on how cooking spray is bad... Anywho, sorry about your allergy. My mom is highly sensitive to gluten, so I can understand the struggle. It can be hard to find things without common allergens, but it's possible. Just be really careful to check ALL of the food you eat, unless it's unprocessed. Also, switching to…

But that's really the answer. It might take longer than a few months, but eat better, exercise more with whatever exercise you enjoy, and if you really want to be firm, you've got to build muscle.

Actually, I had results similar to these as well when I was using this (I need to start up again too... :blushing: ) Ignore them. If YOU see progress, then it's real. :smooched:

His whole body clenched up. He just couldn't. After I forced them to take him to the vet, we found that he had a severe UTI and what looked like…

I'm trying to choose between "tossing the salad" or "horizontal mambo" for cardio... And then I've seen "sperm" "man cream" and "love juice" in the food sections... ...maybe those are more weird than funny though.

Blue corn tortilla chips and salsa. I'm absolutely certain this is supposed to be a low cal snack... But if I'm not careful, I'll eat half the bag of chips and the entire jar of salsa. Right now, we're on FWB status...can't be love bugs anymore... :brokenheart:
