Started block 3 today... Seems block three covers pretty much every DVD. I gained 1 lb during block 2, i'm hoping its some water weight from the strength heavy workouts in block 2. But I did lose a net 0.75 inches in block 2.

Started week three today. I did Dynamix at the end of week one, but missed it at the end of last week. I was a little tight going into Total Synergistics. I guess stretching on the off day does help.

Started week 2 today. So far so good. I toyed with doing or not doing the Dynamix on day seven, but did it anyway. Some good stretches.

Just did the Challenge this morning. Reminded me of 90x Chest and Back. Good work out but I was toast by the burnout.... pun intended

I did Agility X this morning. Good Cardio, some of the moves are tough but that will get better with time.

So I did day 1 today. The combo moves are no joke for sure. I'm a little worried about the calories the nutrition plan has me eating but I figured I go with it.
