I love this post! All of my workouts now involve free weights and I'm almost always the only girl there. I get stares and sometimes I feel like I'm being judged, but I just focus on my workout and move on. :-)

My daughter is in school now, but when she's home, she gets out the mat and starts excersizing. It gives me a little push to get up and work out with her. Btw, she's only 4 lol. How is everyone doing on their goal? Me...I've lost 5 lbs. I guess it could be possible to lose 10 more by Christmas, but I need to REALLY start taking the gym seriously! :smile:

Sounds like a plan! I lost 4 lbs in the last week. I realize this won't happen all the time, but I think 15 lbs is a good goal. 11 more to go!
