For the longest time, it said 180. The last time I was 180 was in high school (so 10ish years ago). It now says 200. I was 200 briefly in college but shot right up to the 230's. So ya, from my heaviest I have 35 to go just to get to what my DL says! haha

Before i started using MFP, I honestly thought a good, healthy breakfast consisted of: milk and cereal, orange juice, toast, maybe an egg. I thought chicken nuggets were healthy because they were chicken. And I certainly didnt realize just how many calories or how much sodium was in fast food.

Way to go! A couple of my coworkers and I also have a walk route for our breaks, and we too are finding we can go farther in our allotted amount of time and also are not dying when we get back to work.

I just started week 4. The first week, I struggled. I couldn't even make it the, what? 45 seconds of jogging at a time. i would have to slow to a walk after 30 seconds. Yesterday I was able to go 5 minutes jogging without stopping. I have lost 10 pounds so far.

I just finished week 3 and while I dont find it FUN, I do find it less absolutely awful than I did on day 1. I am hoping that as I continue building stamina and drop some more weight, it will become more fun.

I did that and it was over 3000 calories. And that was how I used to eat nearly every day. Now I am perfectly happy at 1400-1600.

Thanks for the recommendation...I never thought to look for a coupon code. I dont have a smartphone but I cant imagine my jog speed can be too fast haha. I go as long and hard as I can but at this point, that isnt very far or hard.

I was the same...always hated running and then I realized one day I sorta wanted to try it. I have been doing the c25k and I am one week in and I realized I like jogging even though I cant do it for very long at a time.

I'm doing mine every 20 pounds...I have 80-100 to lose. As rewards to myself, I am doing things like peircings (different parts of the ear, nothing crazy like nipples hahahaha) and tattoos. Eventually, new outfits will be one, too.
