This. When I started trying to eat only a serving of each food I felt angry and resentful...towards who, i dont know. But I felt like I was being deprived and it made me feel very upset. That shows just what an emotional connection I had with food. Not saying I am "all better" now, but I have a much better emotional grip!

I'm going to eat whatever I want, and however much I want. But lately I have been satisfied with MUCH less food than even a few months ago, so where I used to eat to heaping platefuls and then snack throughout the day, this year I will eat less. I am not going to worry about it for one day though.

I hope not. It is sort of annoying. I dont mind doing it now to lose but by the time I hit goal I hope that my eating habits will have shifted enough that I will naturally stay at or around the same weight. If not, then I will be back!

I just started month two, and like you already said you are doing, go your own pace. Just try to get better than you were before...the reason I gave up last time is because I thought I had to go from lazy and inactive to keeping up with them and that is just not gonna work!

I sure hope that it is that way for me, too. i am in week 4 of Insanity and I haven't lost a thing. Haven't measured or taken a recent pic so idk if I have changes there but the scale has done nothing.

This...Some things that people count, I can see it. But washing dishes. No. I dont care how many there are. That is not a workout except maybe in some etreme cases (like if you have a hand/arm injury and it counts as physical therapy or something).
