I have done that! And I have done that in the store when looking for a small snack, for example when I fill up my car and I run in to pay. After some research I have determined that that number is revolutions, and with my machine it takes 3520 strides, or 1760 revolutions to make a mile.

I totally understand the bladder thing, and I do like you...move my arms and jog my legs. I will try 5 miles on the elliptical. Except I just realized that I don't know what distance it measures in..I usually go for 20 minutes and it reads around 1,000. Feet? Meters? I will have to figure that out.

My weight today is 210. Up two pounds but it is my period week so hopefully that is why. I have never tracked consistently enough to know how much difference that makes. Thanks for this. I love peanut butter but my husband tells me I cant eat it. I told him that it is a good thing to eat a little of it because of the protien but he doesnt believe me. Not that this article would convince him either, or that he would actually read the whole thing, but at least I know!

I am so excited to have people join me on this! It is a lot easier to stick with it when I know I am not alone. I did not take a before picture yet but I have one from July that is only 3 pounds heavier than when I started this, so I will use that as my before.

I missed yesterday as well...I was sick to my stomach and had a terrible headache. So I am doing it twice today. Once this morning and again in a bit here as my daughter just fell asleep for her nap. I think that counts? lol

I'm still logging but I have found that by logging things that I eat frequently I have a better idea how many calories I am eating. Also, I have gotten into the habit of looking at nutrition labels so even if I didn't log it I would still be aware of what is in it so maybe I would choose not to eat it or not to eat as much.

I have tried both and I did not like the white peaches at all but the peach i had today reminded me of the white peach i had so maybe I was wrong (either about what type of peach i bought or maybe the white peach would have tasted good if it was correctly ripened)

I eat it plain, with fruit, or with whole wheat ritz crackers.

My house is far from super tidy but i do sit there with my husband on the couch and i am worrying about what i should be doing instead of just sitting on the couch. that usually isnt enough to make me go do it but it does distance me from being in the moment, which I can admit is becoming a problem.

I went with what would put my BMI just into the Normal range. For me, that is a weight of 145, which I have not been since I was 10.

I will accept any friend request I am sent, but when I look to add friends I only add females who are around my age, with a similar starting weight, preferably with small children. Like you, I feel that having connections to people in a similar place to mine will help me feel better connected to them.
