212 ! hit my first 10lbs. 40 more to go :happy: The last 2 weeks have been hard for me due to having going away dinners almost every other day. i know i have not been doing the best i can:angry: tomorrow brings a new week and i am going to try my best to get this right .

1/1-222 1/8-219.4 1/15-218 1/22-216 1/29-215 a 1lb loss for this week. only 43lbs to go. mini success-about three weeks ago my sister gave me a pair of her pants that she could not fit into any more due to losing 50lbs. when i tried the pants on that day i could not even button them. As of this week they fit perfect. Yay!

yes everyone is ok and the internet is back up :) Yay!!! i am so ready to get back trackjing my food . even though i have not be able to do it for the last few days i am proud to say that i have still lost :)

hey i hope you let me slide this week. due to lightning hitting our house i dont have internet it should be back up by wensday so i am useing a friends right now . i was at 218 on sat only about a 0.6 lost for last week but i will make this week better

i am the same way.I have even had to be put in the hospital a few times due to dehydration because i wont drink water , but i had to change my habits starting with the water .crystal light the only way i would be able to get my daily water in

i started doing 30min on stationay bike then 30min on the elipticle.Afrter im done with cardio i work with the weights for 30 min . When my body got use to working out i bumped my work out to 30min on the bike and an hour on the ellipticle

thanks for the tips. i think the big thing that was hurting me in the last few months is that i didn't have any one on my friends list to help so i would give up and not track my my food for a day or two now that i have people that can see me giving up i think i will be more motivated to not give up.
