  • This is just my two cents, but I don't see anything wrong with saving calories on occasion. Just don't make it a habit. Your body needs "fuel" throughout the day to keep going. Make sure you drink a lot of water to stay hydrated and whatever you eat prior to your event should probably be high in protein and/or a healthy…
