WOW!!! Let me see if I got this right.... I definitely have to increase my calorie intake and Decrease carbohydrates and have cheat days once in a while!! it sounds great!! I am not that hungry as it is now so i guess increasing my 1200 calories a day to 1300 is not that bad. I want to loose 25 ponds by sometime next year.…
