I used five pound weight. 1:00 am - 40 curls down; 160 to go. 6:00 pm - 80 curls down; 120 to go. 10:00 pm - 140 curls down; 60 to go. 11:30 pm - 200 curls down; DONE!!!!!! And I walked 18,502 steps today. Yipeee! Great idea. What's next?

From 9pm-midnight, I am ravenous. I've tried going to sleep earlier, drinking water, eating air-popped popcorn, but I WAN FOOOOOOOODDDDDDDDDDDDD! I also notice that if I need to go to the bathroom sometimes I think that I am hungry. I've definitely got to get that under control.

Great question. Under cardio specify "Strength training". It will ask you how long and give an estimate of the calories burned. If you know how many calories you burned, you can override the estimate provided.
