I am so down!! I feel like getting below 200 is such a challenge. I have been stuck anywhere between 200 and 215 for so long and I am ready to start seeing change. We can all do this with a little encouragement.

Welcome!! I am dealing with your similar situation. I was also a former weight watcher and I loved it but always seemed to quit for some reason. This site seems to have great results. I really like it so far. Good luck!! Jenn

I am also 5'8. My starting weight 3 and a half years ago was 289. My lowest was 200. Last Sunday I was 213. Today I am weighing 206. My goal is 160's, maybe even a little less. I honestly can't even imagine myself less than 200 though, so I am excited for that! Good luck to you. We can all do this together.
