I did a 60 minute combo class yesterday, the dumbbell flys and I was under carbs! Wahooooo! And of course we still want you on the team jerzee!

I have been the worst team player! I always complete the nutrition goals but I am totally not exercising. I am currently dealing with a hangover and tonight I have to go to work so I most likely won't get any of the exercises in but tomorrow I am joining a new gym and going to zumba so I'll start making up for it. Got all my water in today and ran 3.5 miles. I was very proud of myself! I was never a runner. But now I love it. On to Thursday's challenges.

I also did 40 minutes of cardio, 30 jogging on the treadmill and 10 biking. Got the crunches done as well. Will update later about the sodium. I am ok with anyday for rest this week. Just let us know!!

Sorry team. I work nights, had a crazy couple of nights at work (everyone is having babies right now for some reason), and totally had no energy to do anything when I got off. I am off for a week now though, and I promise to pick up the slack.

I did the dumbell presses or whatever you call it, ran for 20 minutes and was under on my calories! I also weighed myself last night and for the first time in FOREVER, at least as long as I can remember I am under 200! That is motivation right there.

I did not do any extra cardio today, but I will be under my sodium intake and I completed the oblique crunches! Extra cardio tomorrow for sure. Hope everything is enjoying their weekend.

Sorry team. I have been M.I.A the past couple of days. My Godfather got diagnosed with end stage pancreatic cancer. It came really fast.
