I was under sodium and did 30 minutes of exercise. Just didn't make it to the torso twists yesterday.0

sorry yesterday was terrible... the dentist appt ruined everything, then I was numb for like 4 hours.. so my family got me Quiznos broccoli & cheese soup.. lets just say I was def not under sodium, calories, etc and didn't get any exercise in!
Today I did 90 minutes of exercise... 60 minutes doing a 5 mile walk/jog and 30 minutes doing a 2 mile interval walk/jog dvd. I'll be under calories/carbs/sodium tonight for sure.... but didn't know what the exercise challenge was.0 -
i am so so so sorry. after moving all my stuff in the nearly 100 degree heat all day, i was super tired. i didn't even get my laptop out at all. and now that my room is all unpacked and everything looks nice, here i am!
how did wednesday, thursday and friday go? did we get all our water in for wednesday? i gotta submit our points to miss jen! i've gotten so behind.

Saturday I did 120 minutes of exercise.... 30 minutes on the elliptical & the rest was walking at the park w/ the dog & the family for about an hour n a half...
I didn't do the exercise challenge and I don't think I was under my calories.... kind of didn't log the rest of the night so I won't take credit for something I'm not sure of.
Not sure what I'll be able to get done today.. getting ready now to go over familys house, then 2 of my cousins are getting baptized, then having a little party after.. I'll try to get a workout in after the party before my shows come on.0 -
challenge done, under on everything today, did 45 min of cardio outside and some crunches and leg raises while i was down on the floor doing the bicycle things!

Sorry I didn't earn us any points for yesterday, needed a day with the family to just forget about things and have a good time. I'll be getting some exercise in today at some point... I'm not a big fan of dancing, but I'll definitely be able to accomplish that challenge, there are some songs that just make ya want to dance!

Sorry ladies, yesterday was terrible for me! I binged on everything & even had french fries.. haven't had fast food in over 2 months and I finally caved. So I definitely was not under my sodium and I felt so depressed I didn't exercise. I did do the 10 minutes of dancing though.
I tried to make up for it today, I did 150 minutes of exercise... 90 minutes on the tredmill then a 5 mile walk/jog dvd for 60 minutes. I did those squat things for today too... I wasn't really liking them cause my legs were sore enough from the exercise and my thighs are already rock hard, don't want to make that muscle much bigger lol but I got through them!0 -
under carbs ( which is amazing for me!) and got those pesky squats done!0

by the way, in case I don't post after tomorrow morning... it could be from a power outage... with the Hurricane on the way we're expecting to lose power, maybe for a few days.. I'm hoping not, but it's a big possibility. So I'll try to get some exercise in while I'm bored stuck in the house at my parents, but I might not be able to log or post anything..0
