got the challenge done for wed and thurs. staying under sodium is easy for me as i don't tend to eat things that are high in sodium.....now staying under carbs is another matter altogether!!!
why can i never find the next weeks challenge which should be starting today? and why can i never find the results of the last weeks winners??? i even used the search feature for the first time and still can't find it0 -

Nutrition - Under fat
Exercise - 3 sets of 15 vertical crunches

I completed the exercise challenge, nutrition challenge, and did 60 minutes of a cardio class.0

lets work extra hard today, i want to see a really high point value from us. our points have been so low these past couple days, especially when compared to other teams. i mean, seriously. really tiny. we're talking other teams get in one day what it takes us three or four days to get. but! if everyone does their best we should do great. remember: tomorrow is our rest day so.. finish out our week strong and then drink drink drink that water
i've already been to the gym today (60 minutes of working out even before 9am, woot woot! felt extra productive) but i'm gonna grab a couple text books (in place of weights.. they are heavy enough!! lol, i just don't have any dumbbells in my apartment and forgot what todays challenge was when i was at the gym) and knock out those lateral deltoid raises as well if i can do it, sooooo can you girls. i have complete faith in that fact!
guess that's it.. have a wonderful rest of the day everyone!! (: lets kick some butt!0 -
got the challenges done as well as 90 minutes of cardio mowing the lawn and gardening. My legs are still sore from yesterday but I got it done!! the lateral deltoids are harder than they look!!

I think this might have been our rest day but i was at the gym anyway and did 70 min of cardio....i did 80 crunches...was a bit lazy and tried out some new exercises....i usually do at least 90 crunches!
i was under calories and drank way about 17 cups of water
where are the challenges for week 8?? is this the last week?? any idea of who the previous winners have been??

it seems like it's only me and you most days karen i don't know where the rest of our girls have disappeared to! sucks because we don't even have a CHANCE at winning no matter how hard we work when we only have two out of five totals! sighhhhh. this is our last week so i guess all we can do is keep pushing forward and representing the bold brave beauties as best as we can!

ok, today i was under carbs and did 40 min of cardio in the garden. I did so many squats ( regular and side squats) that i may not be able to get up off the toilet tomorrow!!! I was still a bit sore from the workout at the gym yesterday! Seriously, the amount of yard work i have to do is crazy and i find it much harder than working out at the gym!!!
too bad we don't see much of the other ladies....but keep going strong!!!! we are the winners in the end!!!
