Right on Rudy! I've been runnin around like a madwoman so haven't been able to sign on in the last few days. Haven't logged my miles for the last few days but I was at 63.66 mi at around wednesday. Will tot up the rest of them after my afternoon run (10K is on the cards today)

Agreed! Wheels totally count :) Haven't done my 10 mile run yet for the week (eep!) but did do a lot of walking this weekend so not to shabby! Passed the 50 mile mark already! woo woo!

4 miles! awesome! :) Didn't have room for my shoes in my work bag today so I'll run in tomorrow morning instead! :) I did walk to other office site and back again today though so got a few miles in still.

Sweet! Gotta take advantage of those moments when you actually feel like running! I walked home today so clocked up another 5 miles. Had an ice cream to treat myself since it was super warm today - phew :) I think I will run in tomorrow morning so that'll be another 5.5 too!

Yesterday I ended up going for a walk/bike ride for about 5 miles and then today was the 9-miler! Still on the training schedule for the half-marathon. Been a bit slow - I think I need to focus on getting my speed up, but otherwise feeling good!

5 mile run - nice one Rudy! Yesterday was our company's scavenger hunt across the City so we were wandering around back and forth and back again. I tried to recreate my crazy route on mapmyrun.com and it came to about 7.5 miles. I don't feel so bad about devouring that curry afterwards now! :D

Did my 8-miler today after work. Felt pretty good! Only a few days off schedule! Up to 94.5 mi now. Woo :)

July sure is a tough one. I've broken through the 100mi barrier though (mostly walking, very little running). Need to step it up on the running - It's already week 2 of my 12-week half marathon training and I keep putting it off! Naughty Hope everyone's coping with the weather!

It's still absolutely terrible weather out here. Was in Ireland last week and didn't get outside a bit (except in some big wellies). Back to it starting today! (only 91 miles to go! :P )

Hey guys! Fell off the wagon a bit, as it were, lately but I'm back and totally going to get serious about running again (again :P) Half marathon in October, which is ages away! so it'll be here sooner than I think, obvs :P I've chosen the ambitious goal of 150mi this month. We'll see :)

Hey all! The weather has been so so miserable lately. Been really difficult to get motivated to do any longish runs or walks. Grim! Might run into work tomorrow, torrential weather be damned!

Depends on how my exercise you do as well. I find bananas work a treat to prevent lactic acid build up after long runs/workouts and that would outweigh any issues with it being a starchy mid-range GI carb.
