I think you should get off MFP and go veg out (or better yet sleep) on the couch or in bed...don't worry about logging when you are sick! PS, if it were me, I'd try fallenangello's advice to see if it works; if you're throwing it all up anyway, 8 hours isn't going to hurt you, though I would go with soup broth after water.

sugar cane, wheat, soy, spelt....many flours in general because my body can't seem to handle them and I end up with a big ol' list of icky symptoms

Looking at your food diary I can see why you are always hungry, you really aren't eating much. Also it looks like you are letting a lot of empty calories take up your allotment for the day. I will echo what others are saying...LEAN meats, lots of fruits and veggies, rice, whole grain breads, nuts, raisins. It is so much…

good for you...I stalled by messing around on the computer. Funny thing is that I kept putting off studying, but then once I made myself start I really didn't mind doing it and time went by too quickly!

Two things: yes contraceptive can make you gain weight. I'm surprised you weren't told this. Two, I was confused about why I was gaining so much weight... I eat pretty healthy because of food allergies..what I didn't take into consideration was the number of calories I was putting away! MFP has been a huge eye opener for…

I was dying, literally, didn't know it at the time though, and made a list. On it I put be a dr, not really knowing why, but feeling like it needed to be there. I am now in school to get my BA degree, after which I will go on to grad school to be a physical therapist....I will have a doctorate when I am done :)

I can't see your food diary, so don't know what it is you are eating. Perhaps more low calorie foods will be helpful? I know when I eat a lot of fruits and veggies I have a hard time getting my numbers. I had some homemade stew the other day, it was very filling and very low calorie. Soups also are good fillers for fewer…

I used to sell Arbonne years ago, if they are still as natural as they were then, I think they are great. One thing I noticed, though, is that they put sugar in their stuff now....don't know why that would be necessary.

I'm up for it! Add me please:)

not only that but it builds muscle, and muscle control :)

7 weeks sounds like you have started to get in shape a bit, not sure where you heard you should wait to do weights, but I think if you are feeling up to it, you should do it. I know I didn't start losing size much until I started building more muscle. Start slowly, small weights, few reps and build up to more as you gain…

I am needing one more teammate...anyone interested in joining?

happiness is more attitude than anything...change your thought process. When those negative thoughts/feelings come about, replace them with positive ones. Also consider giving up sugar...I used to have bouts of depression, but have not since giving up sugar!

burritos, pizza, any type of casserole, hamburger patties, anything you make you could freeze in individual servings so you don't have to defrost more than you will eat at one serving.
-
couldn't see your diary so can't say. Maybe it is what you are eating, not how many calories. If you eat a lot of bread/pasta/processed foods you are not getting enough nutrients, it is better to eat lots of fruits and veggies etc. I know that I have all sorts of food allergies and one of the symptoms is bloating. If I get…

I agree, take her to the dr. My friend's son wouldn't eat and nothing worked. He ended up needing to talk to a counselor before he would start eating again.

I love my Wii and use it a lot. Some of the games don't take a lot of energy, others do. some of it, of course is going to be how much you choose to put in to it :)

you are saying you walk on a regular basis? or is this something new? I think I know what you mean, but it would be from overworking the muscles; which would be unusual if you have been walking the same distance for a long while now. Can you take a bus for a while, or ride a bike? Anything different to give the calves a…
