  • I love parsley, it isdiuretic aswell. In my smoothie I use parsley, green apples (they keep me full), cucumber (fresh feeling), mint leaves, lemon , and celery. I drink it as first thing in the morning.

  • Green tea is great but tea and coffee don't count as water because they are diuretics and make you loose more water than their volume. But 2-3 cup of green tea per day is great for speeding up metabolism plus antiaging effects..
  • I have given up sugar in my drinks (tea, coffee, etc) years ago and instead I used artificial sweeteners. Now since January I have given up the sweeteners aswell. I think sweeteners were bloating. I have given up whole milk and white bread too.

  • Hi, I am trying to fast aswell. The key I think is not to eat fast and too much at ifthar. I would do cardio for 45 minutes (walking / biking) and let go weight training for a month.
