I am more motivated when my family behaves similar. I am stubborn on this subject and will not change my mind untill I reach my goal. Just focus on that and listen nobody else but yourself.

Being able to fit in my size 26 diesel jeans (I used to fit in them 7 years ago !) . And when I squeeze my thighs against eachother, no matter how hard I squeeze inner parts of my thighs would not touch. I want that again :)

I do not eat them back as when I eat I feel like I am only maintaining my weight. So for now I decided to eat 1/3 or half of them. Everyone is different so I think you should observe your body and decide accordingly.

I do not eat my exercise calories. And I suggest you not to. At least not all of them. (maybe eat only 1/3 of it)

I had my first session with my personal trainer and he made me do cardio first (because my main goal is loosing fat) than pilates than cardio and than a long stretching.
