Hi,
I hope you don't mind, I'm new to MFP. I used to follow WeightWatchers and used the message boards there. I used to post this every day and it was really useful for ideas for meals, so I hope you join in
Tonight we're having moroccan savoury mince (361cals), baked potato and salad.

I'm on a bit of a simple friuit and veg week, trying to get right back to basics, so my dinner's pretty boring, but nutritious.
Veggie and cabbage soup (of infamous diet fame) and homemade beetroot dip with carrot and celery sticks and a few crackers.0 -
Grilled chicken breast with rosmarine, mixed salad with little dressing, and watermelon .0

Leftovers from last nights pasta e fagioli made with a fridge-full of veg from the market and served with a sprinkling of grana padano. Nom!0

Tonight's dinner is going to be Teriyaki Pork Loin and green beans. I might make some homemade bread but I don't know yet on that one. Depends on how I feel later in the day.0

Trader Joe's chile lime chicken burger, topped with salsa and wrapped in lettuce leaves, roasted broccoli and brown rice (all of that comes in around 360 calories)0

Tonight's dinner is chicken with mushroom soup and bbq sauce (in the crockpot), along with a veg and a salad. Read about the chicken on another thread and thought it sounded different so giving it a try.0
