Hi,

I hope you don't mind, I'm new to MFP. I used to follow WeightWatchers and used the message boards there. I used to post this every day and it was really useful for ideas for meals, so I hope you join in ;)

Tonight we're having moroccan savoury mince (361cals), baked potato and salad.

    Still Wednesday here too but Thursday will be Grilled Teriyaki Chicken with fresh grilled pineapple...yummy!

    Still Wednesday here too, but tomorrow will be a wild rice rice pilaf, panko chicken, with broccoli and carrots.

    I'm on a bit of a simple friuit and veg week, trying to get right back to basics, so my dinner's pretty boring, but nutritious.
    Veggie and cabbage soup (of infamous diet fame) and homemade beetroot dip with carrot and celery sticks and a few crackers.
