fresh herbs - that is a requirement
variety of fresh vegetables - thank goodness my husband enjoys them as much as I do
Seltzer water (nothing on the nutritional label, no sodium variety) - very refreshing
BULK lean proteins... I prefer to do the 'cleaning and prepping' because the costs in purchasing whole foods are actually MUCH MUCH cheaper... and I can make the necessary cuts that I need for meal planning0 -
