fresh herbs - that is a requirement

variety of fresh vegetables - thank goodness my husband enjoys them as much as I do

Seltzer water (nothing on the nutritional label, no sodium variety) - very refreshing

BULK lean proteins... I prefer to do the 'cleaning and prepping' because the costs in purchasing whole foods are actually MUCH MUCH cheaper... and I can make the necessary cuts that I need for meal planning

Basically the things that I CAN'T do without

    EVOO
    eggs
    milk
dried beans pink, red, and kidney beans
    red lentils
    onions
    garlic
    bell peppers
    diced tomatoes
whole wheat flour, white flour, buckwheat flour
    lettuce
    frozen spinach, broccoli and cauliflower
    chicken
    ground meat
    whole wheat bread
a cabinet fully stocked with spices

Most anything else I can live without but if I am out of any of these I can't function in the kitchen.
