I'd love to join if there's still room. Fits in perfectly with my holiday goals!

Welcome! I started week 3 today. So far so good! I'm waiting to finish Phase 1before I measure, but I'm definitely feeling stronger.

I did it this morning! Glad to hear you liked workout 3. I'm really ready to be done with 1 and 2. Once more each...

Thanks! Maybe I'll dust off my Turbo Jam. At least the music's pretty good.

Day1 of week 2, I feel like I've accomplished something just by being consistent. Now I really need to work on cleaning up my eating. I really, really hate cardio 1. I was considering swapping in 30 day shred on cardio days. Does anyone have an opinion on this? Do you think it would be detrimental to the BR lifting…

Thanks Dawn! I love September. Always makes me feel like anything is possible. Starting Week 2 of Phase 1 tomorrow!

Haha, I thought I was doing so much better last night until I noticed I was doing the move more like cross country skiing. Fail. How's cardio 2? Maybe I can swap that out instead. 2nd round, huh? So the first round is survivable?;) I have a 10th grader. She won't even let me GO to back to school night.

Thanks Kris! I did that as well with RI30 and it turned out (sorta) ok :).

Hi guys! How you all doing? Just finished workout 1 for the second time. It was fractionally easier :). Question for those farther along---if, at the end of the first 2 weeks I am not happy with my mastery of the moves, should I advance to discs 3 and 4, or stay on 1 and 2? Any advice appreciated. Oh, and Running Man is a…

Hi guys! just finished workout 2, week 1. Weights were sliding out of my sweaty, sweaty hands. Looks like it's going to be a fun ride!

Hi! Just started today, so glad for this group! I'm travelling home for Christmas and want to rock some of the beautiful party clothes I have! I just completed RI30. Anyone have an opinion about that vs JMBR?

It is far less restrictive than it appears. I suggest starting off with st least 1 week of the menu plans in the book. Then you don't have to count and it is harder to mess up. All the recipes I tried were really good.

Hi, I got it off Amber's blog (Rosie's has one too; I think they are the same). Once you learn how to make the crust you can completely customize the toppings. I often make whit pizza with garlic and fontina cheese, a big all greens salad with oil and vinegar dressing and a glass of my favourite red wine. It is really…

I typically go a little lower carb too. But I find if I keep within the sugar limits, the carbs pretty much take care of themselves. Cutting the sugar is the biggest stabilizing factor for me. So I eat a lot of meat and salad,,,,:)

Hi guys! I'm new here too but have been doing the BFC for 6 months (with a major deviation during the holidays). Back in sugar detox!!! I've lost about 15 kilos and would be quite happy to drop another 5- I'm shooting for the end of February. Love this way of eating! Both the blogs you mentioned are great. I take it you…

Hi! Congratulations for restarting. For me, this is the most painless eating program I have tried. Weight loss is not quick, but it is slow and steady. I can't believe how many years it took me to figure out sugar has been my biggest problem. I live in Germany, do I can't get a lot of the specialty foods in the book. On…
