  • If you aren't anti-microwave you can steam them in a microwave in a bowl with a plate on top. Just add about 1/4 c. of water at the bottom of the bowl and put it on for 2-3 minutes. I do this with broccoli at work with a bit of soy sauce on top and it's delish. Just drain the water from the bowl at the end.

  • Increase your potassium and drink lots of water - it's probably dehydration! I get these in the summer when I'm working a lot (i have a physical job) or if I've had too much alcohol (just being honest) and surprisingly sometimes when I drink neocitran (lol).
