Hello :) I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat/drink dairy. I do eat eggs, but I would like to cut them off :)

I've recently switched to a vegetarian diet and I feel great! I don't eat dairy as I'm lactose intolerant and I only eat eggs once or twice a week. Oh and I always go over protein even without meat and dairy :) I eat tofu, seitan and legumes and I take a multivitamin supplement everyday. I haven't noticed bad effects from…

I agree! I don't care if I go over my sugar limit with fruit, as long as I avoid cookies, chocolate bars and other unhealthy things that are full of bad sugar. Fruit is good and tastes great!

Oatmeal, a banana, peanut butter on toast, smoothie, fruit salad, cornflakes or muesli with milk :)

I plan my meals whenever I can, it really helps me to stay within my calorie intake :)

I always have a small breakfast as I'm not very hungry in the morning and I prefer to snack later :) You have to find what it's better for you :)

I usually eat tofu with soy sauce and some vegetables Yesterday I tried "pizza tofu" which is very similar to this one: http://i8.goodness-direct.co.uk/d/418408b.jpg and it was delicious! even it it may seem too processed! And yes, I use it as a meat substitute :)

It seems yummy!! :) My favourites: 1/2 avocado a banana a cup of soy milk * an apple a cup of soy milk a tablespoon of cinnamon * 2 juiced oranges 3 carrots :)

Being lactose intolerant I felt bloated when I ate dairy products..now I completely cut them off and only have this feeling (way slighter) when I eat bread, pasta or legumes..
