There is one problem to what you are suggesting.....those of us who are binge eaters and have an addiction to food can't just eat 1 bite, or have 1 small amount. I understand what you are saying but remember that for me personally, all it takes is 1 bite to trigger an all out binge which could in turn lead to weight gain…

I am a binge eater and have struggled for years with it!! When I binge it is on carb foods like bread, crackers, sweets and candy. I have been known to binge on foods that are good for you too, so I have to keep the binging in check. I'll give you an example....I made a white chili that is very healthy but also VERY GOOD.…
