My doctor did advise me that I would have to have surgery to remove excess skin. However, I'm a 3 Biller and when I reach my goal I'll have lost almost 200lbs. So I'm sure that has something to do with it. But I have noticed that weight training has helped tone me up, especially in the upper arms.

I would maybe add a piece of fruit or salad to your lunch like others have said, that will give you fullness without adding a bunch of empty calories. But also keep in mind, especially if these are new changes in your lifestyle (you know the dreaded "D" word), that your body will need some time to make some adjustments.…

Currently I am eating 800 calories a day on non active days and 1000-1200 on active days (eg. gym days which is about 4-5 days a week).
