I found 2 things that help me get my daily water. 1) always carry a bottle of water with you- in your car, bag, where ever. Then it's no big deal to take a drink here or there. It is also a visual reminder if half way through the day your bottle is still full that you need to start drinking. I also like to put a tiny…
